Special Events Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your event reservation, we will issue a full refund if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the original reservation. If more than 7 days has passed from the date of the original reservation, we will retain the original deposit paid at the time of reservation as a cancellation fee. However, each instance of cancellation will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and we will make every effort to work with our clients and minimize the cancellation fee.
